CBD Land in Darwin (NT)

This site has been aggregated over a number of years and presents a unique development parcel of 9,650sqm across three titles. This project has been undertaken via a syndicate of investors with a keen eye on the future growth prospects of Darwin. The site is capable of a variety of future uses, from residential apartment towers comprising up to 460 apartments, to mixed use commercial, hospitality and residential.
